Jon Bowermaster believes in embracing renewables. As Director of the movie Dear Governor Cuomo, Bowermaster brought together a coalition of musicians, scientists, and activists to call for a ban on fracking in New York using a unique blend of music and message. He has produced 12 documentaries and 11 books, most focusing on the natural environment and the cost of human pollution.
His most recent book is OCEANS: The Threats to the Seas and What You Can Do To Turn the Tide. His film Terra Antarctica won "Best Ocean Issues" award from the Blue Ocean Film Festival.
