Peter Yolles

CEO, WaterSmart

Peter Yolles sees that California doesn’t have enough water to maintain our current way of life. Yolles has decades of experience in water conservation and efficiency, from being Director of Water Resource Protection for The Nature Conservancy, to his time as Vice President at Western Water Company. Currently, as founder and Chief Policy Officer of WaterSmart, he leads WaterSmart’s governmental and regulatory affairs activities in addition to new market development.

Yolles earned his MBA in Finance from the Yale School of Management and an MES in Water Science, Management and Policy from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
