Access to Food Requires Investing in Women
"When we give women equal access to the training, tools, and finances, they will grow the food that is necessary," says Ertharin Cousins, former director of the World Food Programme and visiting scholar at the Stanford Center on Food Security and the Environment. "We can't solve the growing need for food access unless we equally invest in those women."
