Cheap Green Energy or Expensive Brown Energy?
U.S. Secretary of Energy discusses his opinions on the best way to get the public to utilize green energy. "Ultimately we have to keep driving to less costly green energy. We must remember that climate change can only have a global solution and so the kinds of technologies that we're talking about, the green technologies, have to be deployed, of course, in the United States, in Europe, in Japan," said Secretary Moniz. "Eventually, we believe that we will need to bring this together into an economy-wide approach, but cost reduction is critical for a global solution."
