Social License for Geoengineering

Jane Long, co-chair of the Task Force on Geoengineering at the Bipartisan Policy Center discusses how scientists are ready to preform small-scale geoengineering experiments, but need to get the social license from governments to proceed. "They're ready to go but there's no money. There is no funding for these projects. It's the government that is holding back on the social license," said Long.
