U.S. Navy Changing From the Bottom Up

An enlisted member of the U.S. Navy asks Navy Secretary Ray Mabus about whether or not the Navy is working to educate its enlisted members on energy and environmentally-friendly policies.  Mabus discusses how some of the Navy's best energy saving ideas come from the lower ranks of those enlisted. "I think that's the way you make real change is from the ground up and not from somebody like me saying we ought to be green," said Mabus.
