Andrea Thomas believes that everybody should start acting even if they haven't figured out the perfect solution. As the Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Walmart, Thomas was heavily involved in supply chain, product development and brand marketing. Her goal was to help Walmart be both and efficient and profitable business and a good steward of the environment. Walmart's goal is to be supplied 100 percent by renewable energy, to create zero waste, and to sell products that sustain people and the environment.

Thomas brings with her the experience of being the Vice President of Innovation both at The Hershey Company and at Frito Lay.
