As the Co-founder and Chef at Mixt Greens, Andrew Swallow is dedicated to providing local, organic high-quality ingredients. After getting his start at Gramercy Tavern, Swallow graduated from the culinary institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He developed his craft at fine restaurants including Gary Danko and eventually decided to partner with his sister and brother-in-law to create Mixt Greens.
Swallow wrote his first cookbook, Mixt Salads, in 2010 published by Ten Speed Press.
