Catherine Reheis-Boyd

President, Western States Petroleum Association

As the President of the Western States Petroleum Association, Catherine Reheis-Boyd oversees the trade organization’s operations and advocacy in five Western states. The Western States Petroleum Association represents major integrated petroleum companies, independent refiners and oil producers. Reheis-Boyd has been affiliated with WSPA since 1990. Throughout her time with the association, she has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff before becoming President in 2010.

Reheis-Boyd received her bachelor’s of science degree in Natural Resource Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and pursued post-graduate studies in environmental engineering at the University of Southern California.
