Gianna De Filippis is the Senior Program Manager for the Public Policy and Economic Graph team at LinkedIn. Her team uses LinkedIn data to advocate for gender equity in the workforce, the just transition to a sustainable economy and digital future, and the move towards a skills-based labor market.
De Filippis is passionate about the intersection of workforce development and addressing climate change, and in addition to her work at LinkedIn, has worked with organizations like BlueGreen Alliance and Colorado's Office of Just Transition to connect people to quality jobs in the green transition. She holds a bachelor's from Vassar College and master's from University of California, Berkeley.
