His first book, the essay collection How a Game Lives, was published by Lost in Cult and HarperCollins last year. His second book, You're Not Overthinking It, is available for pre-order. On YouTube, his essays have been viewed over 140 million times.
Geller has been featured in Sight and Sound's list of the best video essays of the year every year since 2020. He is a featured creator on the streaming service Nebula, and a co-host of the video game podcast MinnMax. He lives in Durham, North Carolina with his wife, one dog, two cats, and four chickens.
