There, she directed the work of the Regional Energy Markets Program and advocated for market frameworks that can provide decarbonization solutions for the western power grid. Additionally, Gardner has held previous positions with the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development and the Western Interstate Energy Board. Gardner resides in Park City, Utah with her young son and dog and enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing in her free time.
