As the Water Policy Advisor for the Planning and Conservation League, Jonas Minton is working on issues surrounding water use and water policy issues. Prior to his current position, Minton was the Deputy Director of the California Department of Water Resources, meaning he was responsible for overseeing the Divisions Flood Management, Dam Safety, and Water Conservation. He gained this expertise through a range of positions, from being Executive Director of the Sacramento Water Forum to being General Manager of the El Dorado County Water Agency.
