Lester Snow

Executive Director, California Water Foundation

Lester Snow believes that we're moving in the direction of disclosure when it comes to the use of groundwater during the fracking process. As the Executive Director for the California Water Foundation, Snow directs the California Water Foundation and leads integrated resource management projects. He draws upon his most recent past experience as California Secretary for Natural Resources, during which he served as chief advisor to the governor on issues related to the state’s natural, historic, and cultural resources. 

Snow also served as chairman of the Ocean Protection Council and on the Delta Conservancy, the Delta Protection Commission, and the Strategic Growth Council.
