Lillian Floutsis is the Senior Field Representative for the Indiana Land & Liberty Coalition, a project of the Conservative Energy Network. An Indiana-based energy policy advocate and grassroots leader, she works to advance conservative solutions to America's energy challenges through community engagement, education, and coalition building. Over the past two years, she has traveled extensively throughout Indiana, helping communities navigate energy development and siting issues while championing private property rights, energy affordability, grid reliability, economic opportunity, and a stronger domestic energy future.
As a wife, mother, and longtime community advocate, Lillian brings both policy expertise and a grassroots perspective to the conversation. Her work focuses on educating landowners, local leaders, and residents about the role energy development can play in strengthening rural economies, supporting national security, and enhancing grid resilience. She is part of a growing movement of conservatives who support an all-of-the-above energy strategy—including renewable energy development—as a way to expand consumer choice, create jobs and investment, uphold landowner freedom, and ensure America remains energy secure and economically competitive.
