Lisa Pinckney is an award-winning private chef and restaurateur with an established reputation of delivering a variety of distinctive, healthy, and delicious foods through broad experiences that include innovative menu development, creative food styling and presentations, and culinary research and trend identification. She created the Official Dessert for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, won three (3) National Pecan Pie Blue Ribbons (declared unbeatable), and is a two-time team member for the Obama White House. Her distinguished background incorporates study under Julia Child, culinary studies in Florence, Italy, and hands-on restaurant launch and growth.

Currently, she holds the position of Culinary Experience Specialist at Copper Home in Berkeley, California. Prior to Copper Home, Lisa had a 30-plus-year career as a Chef/Owner of renowned restaurants and bakeries in Albany, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. She received her formal culinary training in Florence, Italy.
