Martha Davis

Executive Manager for Policy Development, Inland Empire Utilities Agency

As the Executive Manager for Policy Development at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Martha Davis is responsible for the Agency's legislative and policy development programs, including special initiatives addressing renewable energy, water supply development, and water quality protection. Prior to this, Davis gained vital experience serving as the Executive Director for the Mono Lake Committee. Under her leadership, the Mono Lake campaign culminated in the State Water Resources Control Board’s unanimous decision to protect Mono Lake. 

Davis is chair of the Energy Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies and serves as a Board Member for ACWA. She is co-chair of the state's California Watershed Advisory Committee. Davis is also President of the Board for Earth Island Institute.
