A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Culinary Arts Management, Matt is passionate about making cooking approachable, engaging, and confidence-building. At PLAYTE Kitchen, he blends culinary education with sustainability, leading classes in a fully electric kitchen designed for a lower environmental impact. He also serves as a “chefluencer” for the Building Decarbonization Coalition, advocating for clean energy in the kitchen.
