Neha Mankani is the founder of Mama Baby Fund in Karachi, Pakistan. What began as a small friends and family welfare fund addressing financial gaps for women at a single hospital has now evolved into a thriving initiative that has impacted over 15,000 families across multiple facilities throughout the country. Mama Baby Fund has expanded its reach to support communities affected by the climate crisis, including providing health services and essential birthing supplies to communities devastated by floods and natural disasters.
As Humanitarian Engagement and Climate Advisor at International Confederation of Midwives, Neha provides technical support on humanitarian response and climate action.
Neha holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, focusing on reproductive and family health from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan, and a diploma in Community Midwifery. Outside of her professional life, Neha is passionate about contributing to gender and health equity and enjoys spending her free time engaged in community service and advocating for women’s rights.
