TJ DiCaprio saw her company start supporting a carbon neutral policy very quickly. As Senior Director of Environmental Sustainability for Microsoft, DiCaprio is the chief architect responsible for designing and managing the company's new carbon neutral policy. She brings with her over 25 years of experience designing innovative global business models for corporations such as Intel and Merrill Lynch.
DiCaprio is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Climate Change Officers.
