Wency Shaida

Wency Shaida is a Bay Area-based development and marketing professional. With more than 10 years of experience engaging audiences, her expertise includes integrated marketing campaigns, annual giving, and digital marketing. Previously at Stanford, she led direct marketing campaigns for the university’s undergraduate annual fund, undergraduate leadership donors, and parents’ program.

She loves the natural beauty of the area she calls home, and driven by worry over the climate crisis, she came to Climate One to positively channel her concerns into actionable change. At Climate One she works to support the organization’s sustained growth by establishing and building strong relationships with donors and partners. When not at her desk, you’ll find her birdwatching or hiking local trails.
